This recently renovated Days Inn & Suites in Bozeman offers clean, spacious rooms and quick access to the highway, though there are mixed reports regarding customer service and breakfast quality. The property features a pool and hot tub, but guests have reported issues with room amenities and past management practices.

I absolutely loved staying here. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed and at home. The breakfast was really good, with great options to start the day. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. The location is also excellent, very convenient and in a great area. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place. I would love to come back in the future!

Stayed here 2 nights due to vehicle issues. Nice hotel with very clean room. Close to the highway. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Kind staff who were very helpful. They let me park my 5th wheeler in the parking lot but I could see if it were busy there may not be enough room. I suggest calling ahead if you have a large vehicle.

This is for all PET OWNERS!!!!!! if you plan on bringing a pet just know they charge a $20 fee per pet per night and to top it off someone MUST BE IN THE ROOM with the pet at ALLL TIMES!!!! if you leave your pet alone, they make you sign a paper that they will take it to a boarding facility and you will pay all expenses plus your neighbors room rate I was able to get my money back after I already paid and checked in PET OWNERS BE AWARE DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET! I stayed at the Everhome hotel they did not charge me a pet fee but if they do list one of. $10 night The hotel is amazing. It’s brand new built in 2025 extremely clean quiet and they do not make you stay with your pet! Highly recommend them instead of this place

Would 100% stay again, such a well managed hotel! Staff were all incredibly welcoming. Warm cookies upon check-in. Whole building has been renovated, and everything is kept very clean. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are all nice and meticulously maintained. Workout room is nice, has elliptical, treadmill, free weights, and a yoga area. Free parking onsite. Bed was comfy, and TV had multiple channels. Breakfast was okay - just your standard continental options.

Booked through Priceline and was deceived (it dictates the size of the room but really they report the same size although they are different). I was stuck in a room that appeared to be a room I didn’t book. Clayton was great and explained the discrepancy w/Priceline. He got us in the room I saw online as soon as he was able. The facilities are nice-pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great!-looked forward to that. Want to give a shout out to Katherine too, she was so helpful and kind, just a positive addition to our stay. She mentioned how these third party sites work which was helpful. She suggested to call the hotel before requesting a res via third party sites as calling in can potentially save you money. We enjoyed our stay so much so that we just booked another stay for the holiday! Thanks and keep it up!

Someone else was given a key for my room and walked in while I was in the bath. I was in room 125 and some couple got assigned to the same room. So after us both being freaked out they were assigned to room 130. Talked with front desk pretty politely about it and nothing was done. Feel like both parties deserve some kinda compensation. Incident occurred on 12/5 at around 7pm. Hotels have a legal duty of care to: • protect guests’ privacy • ensure room keys are secure • not reassign or double-assign rooms • prevent unauthorized entry Definitely a potential lawsuit, I’d probably steer clear

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and while the cleaning is still fine, the quality of the food has dropped dramatically. The meals taste downgraded, poorly prepared, and nothing like what the hotel used to offer. The dining experience is simply not what it used to be. What also concerned me was the atmosphere around the staff. I asked one of the employees if everything was okay, and they told workers were not being treated well. They mentioned that their hours were being cut and that they didn’t feel respected under the current manager, Ginny. Hearing this directly from a worker was upsetting and explains a lot about the decline in service quality. A hotel cannot provide good food or good service when the people working there feel undervalued. Management — especially Ginny — needs serious improvement. I will not be returning until there are real changes.

Clean. Has everything you want. Breakfast excellent. Pool jacuzzi great. 1.4 miles walking to Main Street Bozeman, don't plan on walking it at night. If you are here strictly for the park, rent a car and stay near the park. Otherwise, uber into town to catch a planned tour. Hotel was great for the price. The cheaper one Nextdoor to it ****Inn. Looked ok, but this one was nicer for only a bit more. This one was a cross the street from Walmart so we bought snacks and it had a fridge. Freezer. Microwave. No complaints.

katherine was AMAZING!! i called this best western at 11:30 PM because we just drove 12 hours from seattle to move to our new apartment here in bozeman, but they didn’t leave the keys out so we had nowhere to stay. katherine was able to secure us a room with everything we needed and we were able to bring our pets inside for a small fee. i’m so grateful for her due diligence and kindness. her customer service was amazing and she is very committed to providing customers with the best experience possible. thank you katherine!

We travel a lot, and stay in both nice, pricey hotels and simple, affordable ones. What we look for is good customer service and a quiet, clean place to stay. This Days Inn was lacking. The room had a small living room with a TV, but just a single chair. It's a king size bed, so 2 of us, but apparently only one can watch TV in there at a time. We were given 2 towels and the standard sign to hang them to save water. But with hiking, we needed more towels after a day as they were wet. We called down 2 days in a row for towels, none were ever brought up. We went to the pool, packed with screaming kids, and got 2 small towels. Batteries in one TV remote were dead. Coffee station had 1 thing of coffee, 1 pack of sugar and creamer. It's removed from the quaint dowtown. You can find much better places to stay.
