We stayed here 2 nights, each one 2 weeks apart. We made the reservation months in advance and asked for top floor room. Husband is Titanium level with Marriott and they reluctantly gave us upstairs room first visit but not second. There were extremely loud people above us and we could hear every step. The air conditioner in the rooms did not work very well so called the guy to come check and he said they work on motion sensor so if noone is in room they won't put out air, which seems really dumb. So he took it off auto. Same thing on second visit. Our tv didn't work on the 2nd visit. So no tv. This place is AWFUL. if you don't want to be around a bunch of little kids, this is also not a good option for you. This hotel probably has a good rating because it's VERY kid friendly. It's a kids heaven for breakfast. Also there are no ice machines and you don't get free bottled water when you check in. You have to buy everything, even conditioner for your hair. You can ask for a little bag of ice at the front desk. If you've heard the saying, "you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig" that describes this place. Front desk staff are not even worth mentioning.

this hotel is the one of my absolute favorite hotels in Montana. Not only does it have incredible atmosphere, inspiring interior, and an outstanding breakfast, but it has the best customer service! Their staff, no matter who it is, front desk, slaes, management, they are all over the top professional, friendly, and sincere. Its a rare find these days I would highly recommend this hotel for any local or out of state visitor coming to visit. Or for a business retreat, business gathering, you name it, they will make it happen. Thank you Element staff for making my team and my stay so incredible! Cant wait to see you all again.

* BYOC - Bring your own CONDITIONER. None in the shower, not even a space for it. * PAY $20 TO PARK. For as much as they charge, it should be included. * Rooms are nice. Ours had a snow-capped Mountain View. * Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. * Downtown Bozeman is cute and very walkable.

Great hotel staff, professional and very polite. Great Room, basically a JrSuit, couch, kitchen and lots of room. Clean and modern. Great location, near the shops and a great restaurant across the street. In house restaurant was expensive. FREE BEER at 5:30 pm. The local draft brew was excellent. Two (small issues)... #1,The streaming service (Netflix...) was not working on our TV, bummer. #2, If ur a hippie and like egg-whites for breakfast, good for you, because thats all they offer for cooked eggs...yuk.

We just had a great stay while visiting family in Bozeman. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. Location allowed us to walk anywhere downtown and the staff and amenities were top notch. We will be back!

Element, hotels are great because they usually have a kitchen like area in your hotel room. This can be very useful. This was my first time in Montana . The hotel is only one street over from Main street in downtown Bozeman . So, it was very easy to walk to plenty of things to do. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed slept well and there was great hot water pressure in both the bathroom and the kitchen area. I would definitely choose to stay here again. When I come back. Helpful quick tip, there are no ice machines but they do offer bags of ice down at the front desk. They also have a quaint little gym on premises.

Customer service is really good. Friendly and very polite. The included breakfast is under rated, we were very satisfied with it. Coffee available all day! Espresso too! I was hooked! Also, check out is at noon, really helpful! Will for sure consider The Element next time!

Parking is a big deal when you stay downtown that’s why I love this hotel because the parking is so easy . The rooms are huge and clean . We love the corner room top floor , great view of downtown . Breakfast is good .

The hotel was located one street off the center on Bozeman. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped (small kitchen with dishware, cookware, etc. and dishwasher). The breakfast was delicious, though a bit heavy on the carbs. They have an excellent exercise room and a small saltwater pool. Overall the hotel was one of the nicest we have experienced.
