3 months agoCustomer service is really good. Friendly and very polite. The included breakfast is under rated, we were very satisfied with it. Coffee available all day! Espresso too! I was hooked! Also, check out is at noon, really helpful! Will for sure consider The Element next time!

4 months agoParking is a big deal when you stay downtown that’s why I love this hotel because the parking is so easy . The rooms are huge and clean . We love the corner room top floor , great view of downtown . Breakfast is good .

5 months agoThe hotel was located one street off the center on Bozeman. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped (small kitchen with dishware, cookware, etc. and dishwasher). The breakfast was delicious, though a bit heavy on the carbs. They have an excellent exercise room and a small saltwater pool. Overall the hotel was one of the nicest we have experienced.

5 months agoWe are here for about 10 days this year and we love it. We've got a beautiful view of the mountains. People are so nice that work here. And it's just so clean and beautiful.

6 months agoAbsolutely loved my stay! Mollie and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and exceed my expectations. The rooms were spotless, the location was perfect, and the Carlisle served a delicious meal with superb service from Munya and his team. This is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Bozeman — highly recommend!

7 months agoRoom had a great views, but lighting in it was disappointing. HVAC vent also blew directly on bed, and bathroom fan stayed on. Staff was nice, and gym was honestly above average.

8 months agoThis is a great, clean, modern hotel in the middle of downtown! Front desk staff is beyond friendly. Small gym, but good enough for a workout. Tons of great restaurants around. Nice place to stay!

10 months agoSimple, modern, and very well kept hotel in the heart of Bozeman. I stayed here for 1 night, my room fully equipped, cleaned ,and well appointed. Loved the double blinds for a great night sleep. The restaurant on property, Carlisle, offers a great variety of food to surely please your appetite. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

10 months agoEverything was top notch! The restaurant is trendy and has healthy options. The staff are friendly and helpful. One complaint: The air conditioner noise in room 210 was excessive. It shook the whole bed every time it turned on. Ear plugs didn’t help much. It kept me awake until 1:30. One block away is a great street for people watching with many restaurants!

about 1 year agoI stayed at Element this weekend for a birthday getaway. Danya (front desk) heard it was my birthday and brought a bottle of champagne on ice about 10 minutes after checking in. I was blown away. That's going above and beyond. This is our place to stay in Bozeman now.
