I had a fantastic experience at the SpringHill Suites in Bozeman, Montana, and I especially want to recognize Willow, the bartender. She was absolutely wonderful and made what could have been just another hotel stay feel genuinely memorable From the moment I sat down at the bar, Willow was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing She has that rare ability to make you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time there. She was personable, easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The drinks were great, but honestly, the service and atmosphere were what stood out most. Willow was knowledgeable, quick, and professional, while still keeping the experience relaxed and fun. She made great conversation, checked in at the right times, and created the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay for another drink and hang out a little longer. It’s easy to overlook how much a great bartender can impact your experience at a hotel, especially when you’re traveling. After a long day, having someone behind the bar who is genuinely friendly and happy to see you makes a huge difference. Willow absolutely nailed that. I also appreciated how she treated everyone around the bar. She was attentive to all of the guests, kept things moving efficiently, and still managed to give everyone a personal experience. That says a lot about her professionalism. If the management at SpringHill Suites is reading this, Willow is someone you should be incredibly proud to have on your team. Employees like her are a huge part of what makes people remember a hotel positively and want to come back. Overall, I had a great stay, and Willow was definitely one of the highlights. If I’m back in Bozeman and staying at SpringHill Suites again, I’ll absolutely be stopping by the bar to say hello. Five stars all around

I was just a bystander visiting a friend but I watched the lovely front desk lady handle protestors in a very professional manner and just believe she deserved a shoutout. Overall it was very clean and a very beautiful area. I heard there was “federal agents” in the area so I felt a little extra safe as well. Overall great experience!

We went here for an event (didn’t stay in the hotel) and I just have to say the front desk gal was FANTASTIC! I overheard her making some great recommendations to guests staying, she helped us with group photos, and was incredibly helpful all around! I would stay here in the future solely based on my experience with her! If you are looking to rent their event space - highly recommend!

I booked this hotel directly through the Marriott website, though the price was higher than expected. As our checkin date approached, the price actually went down. When we checked in today, Alex at the front desk reduced our price to below the lower price, which exceeded my expectations. Thank you Alex for taking care of us. The hotel is beautiful, with a fresh look and upgraded rooms. I would recommend staying at this hotel!

No complaints at all. Room was immaculate, which is hard to come by these days. This location has easy access to freeways and all the happening events. Will absolutely stay here again when I come back.

The hotel was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained. The suites were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for both families and business travelers. One of the things we loved most was the location. It's close to downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, shopping, restaurants, and many of the area's top attractions. Whether you're visiting for business, a family vacation, skiing, fly fishing, Yellowstone National Park, or exploring Montana, this hotel is an excellent home base. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, the amenities were fantastic, and the indoor pool and fitness center were a huge bonus. Everything about the property is designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Free Wi-Fi, spacious suites, breakfast, and recreational amenities make it a great value for travelers. It's easy to see why so many travelers choose SpringHill Suites when visiting Bozeman. The combination of outstanding customer service, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and convenient location makes this one of the best places to stay in Bozeman. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-rated hotel in Bozeman, Montana.

A very disappointing stay. HVAC was faulty in our room, temperature fluctuated between 70 and 85 all night. Not much sleep at all as a result. Very very little hot water (cold shower at 5:30am). Breakfast was "meh". Scrambled eggs were more like some kind of soup. Yuck. Unlikely to set foot in here ever again.

SpringHill Suites was a wonderful hotel. Our room (Room 101) was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also really nice and relaxing. One of my favorite moments was later in the evening when I went to the lobby around 10:30 PM to get some tea — it was so peaceful with calm nighttime music playing and hardly anyone around. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed in a lot of Springhill Suites before. This one is on the lower end of those I've been to. Rooms are nice and large with the normal SpringHill Suites sitting area with a couch. They appeared clean. Staff were polite. TVs were smart TV, and free HBO Max was included, so that was great. I was disappointed in a few things at this location. They charge $15 per night for parking which I think is excessive for a non-city location. The tub/shower combo in our room seemed really old, and the faucet and shower head were not in great shape. Water pressure was mediocre. I had to run the hot water for at least five minutes for it to actually get hot. Breakfast was really dismal, even for the low standards of free hotel breakfasts you find in the U.S.

Our flight was cancelled and we got a room at this awesome hotel! Breakfast was great. Offered hot chocolate which was my favorite. Pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were huge and super clean. Ryan helped us out so much for our stay! He’s a five star employee. Was able to help us with two pack n plays for our kids too! So grateful!
