The SpringHill Suites Bozeman generally receives positive reviews, highlighting its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and helpful staff, particularly Ryan Bates. However, recent feedback indicates concerns about inconsistent hot water, outdated bathroom fixtures, and a significant Wi-Fi reliability issue, alongside a surprising parking fee.
A very disappointing stay. HVAC was faulty in our room, temperature fluctuated between 70 and 85 all night. Not much sleep at all as a result. Very very little hot water (cold shower at 5:30am). Breakfast was "meh". Scrambled eggs were more like some kind of soup. Yuck. Unlikely to set foot in here ever again.
SpringHill Suites was a wonderful hotel. Our room (Room 101) was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also really nice and relaxing. One of my favorite moments was later in the evening when I went to the lobby around 10:30 PM to get some tea — it was so peaceful with calm nighttime music playing and hardly anyone around. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!
I've stayed in a lot of Springhill Suites before. This one is on the lower end of those I've been to. Rooms are nice and large with the normal SpringHill Suites sitting area with a couch. They appeared clean. Staff were polite. TVs were smart TV, and free HBO Max was included, so that was great. I was disappointed in a few things at this location. They charge $15 per night for parking which I think is excessive for a non-city location. The tub/shower combo in our room seemed really old, and the faucet and shower head were not in great shape. Water pressure was mediocre. I had to run the hot water for at least five minutes for it to actually get hot. Breakfast was really dismal, even for the low standards of free hotel breakfasts you find in the U.S.
Our flight was cancelled and we got a room at this awesome hotel! Breakfast was great. Offered hot chocolate which was my favorite. Pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were huge and super clean. Ryan helped us out so much for our stay! He’s a five star employee. Was able to help us with two pack n plays for our kids too! So grateful!
The staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. The toilet was basic which means it sits low and makes it a little difficult for a person with knee issues to get up and down or a person who is not as mobile. They will charge you $15 a day to use their parking lot. There is really no reason for them to charge you an extra $15 a day except to make more money off of you. If you are in town for a few days I would recommend you visit the local Alpaca and Llama farm. We had a blast.
This is our third or fourth time staying at this hotel, and the second time working out of this hotel. Ryan Bates is hands down the most amazing assistant manager, he's been so kind and helpful and accommodating to our needs!! The rooms are clean, the best are super very comfortable, the breakfast is better than most other hotel breakfasts, the bar makes great drinks and has a fun ambience and the hotel has all around great atmosphere. We will be staying here every time. ????
Like most Spring Hill Suites, it looks new, beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. Location is kind of far from downtown restaurants so you would need a car. Moreover, I was surprised by the subpar services. At first, we were given a room which was occupied ?????Then next morning breakfast was almost empty. Many customers had to wait longer than expected for the staff to refill the food. Overall not a pleasant experience.
The room, staff, and pool were all fantastic—everything I expected and more. However, there was one significant issue: the Wi-Fi connection. Unlike most hotels that offer seamless free Wi-Fi, this one required me to log in through a website, which was a bit inconvenient. On one night, the connection just wouldn’t work, and since I had an important meeting the next day, I called the front desk for assistance. They connected me with the internet service provider, and after more than an hour of troubleshooting, my phone and laptop still wouldn’t connect. The call ended well past 10:30 pm, and by then, I was exhausted and frustrated. I had been looking forward to relaxing in my room, but this issue definitely put a damper on my night. If you’re staying here for business or need reliable internet, I’d recommend double-checking the Wi-Fi situation before booking. It’s a shame because everything else was great, but the internet problem was a real letdown. One more thing: I was surprised to find out there was a $15/day parking fee. There was no prior information about this, so it caught me off guard. When I asked, I was told it was to cover additional security because some people try to park in the lot without staying at the hotel. For every car staying at the hotel, an extra $15 a day adds up quickly, and it felt a bit steep.
Great hotel, very clean and new. We stayed on July 4th, you can watch the Bozeman fireworks show from the front door or the room, saves you a long wait at the fairgrounds. Breakfast is standard but the seating area is actually well maintained and clean. Great hotel.
My family stayed here at the end of our RV trip to Yellowstone and Tetons, and it was fabulous! Alex at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, and provided restaurant suggestions for us. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The walk-in closet would be large enough for a pack and play for those families traveling with kids. My boys loved the pool, and I loved the workout facilities. Bozeman hotels are expensive this time of year, and we found the Springhill Suites to be a great value. Close to the airport as well!
