The Residence Inn Bozeman Downtown offers a convenient base for exploring Bozeman and the surrounding area, particularly for those interested in Yellowstone and Big Sky. Guests frequently praise the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff, while some have experienced issues with room amenities and service.
Good option for downtown Bozeman with a short walk to all the stores, bars, restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The rooms are simple and clean, however the bed and pillows were a bit worn and quite lumpy, was difficult to get 100% comfortable. Many more breakfast options than you usually see at a Residence Inn which was great. Need to work on coffee option in rooms and also at breakfast, essentially undrinkable.
I had a great stay at Residence Inn at Bozeman Downtown. Location was great as I could walk to the nearby restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was exactly what I needed for traveling days to Yellowstone. The rooms were impeccable! Next time I visit Bozeman, I will definitely be choosing this hotel again!
Nice hotel, nice rooms, and staff has been nice so far. However, this is the second Marriott we’ve stayed at where the TV stops working at night. Literally the TV was working until 5:30 pm, and at 8:30 pm? Nothing. We called the front desk however maintenance cannot service the TV until morning. Honestly, I think Marriott is being cheap and intentionally turned the TV off while we were out for dinner. Also, charging $25 a day for parking in the middle of Bozeman? This isn’t a major city. Also, cheap by Marriott.
Was in town for a work trip and enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. It did seem to be a popular place for families and I did have some crying kiddos on the same floor a couple of the mornings that woke me up, otherwise, the rooms were pretty quiet. Great location, very convenient for going downtown and walking in the park. I would recommend it!
This hotel is exactly what i was hoping it would be ! Excellent service, big family rooms and a perfect location just a few blocks from all the bars and restaurants on Main Street. It is a newer property that has a great well priced bar in the lobby with sports showing on the screen. Would defo stay again next time we visit Bozeman !
Allanah picked out the most beautiful room. She was so kind and amazing. Brock checked me in and was absolutely lovely. Easy parking and an excellent respite.
Stayed 7 days for family visit. Room was not given room service until final day, until then, no fresh towels were supplied to the room. Room service did not make the beds and left a window open. (in winter.) Body wash bottle was empty from the start and not refilled. Overall I wouldn't say It's a *bad* hotel, just..Mediocre. Okayish.
Unfortunately this franchised location is not up to par for a Marriott property. Room was good, food mediocre and service was terrible over two different shifts. I wouldn’t stay here again, especially with SO many other options in Bozeman.
Perfect place for graduation or other MSU events! (Ubers can go around the hospital and avoid the slower traffic spots). Larger suite was ideal for our larger group. Staff was friendly and the lounge area was clean, ample and open! There are great places by the freeway, but this saved us travel time and traffic!
Used this hotel while staying in Bozeman for customer meetings in the area as well as up in Big Sky/YC. I typically stay in either Marriott or Hilton so this checked that box. Plus, the location is closer to downtown by walking. And, I love to run in the early morning and prefer to do it on actual streets and explore so it’s a nice location to dive right into the action. Gym is fairly decent, too. Not like you’re going to put in major work in there but there is a pulley machine and dumbbells where it can hold you over for a few days. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Water temperature great for showers. Beds decent. I’d definitely stay here again when out this way.
