The front desk clerk by the name of Reno was a good guy. He made us feel welcomed and helped with whatever we needed. The pool had a slide so you know my niece had fun. Food was decent.

Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Service from Cassie! We had a wonderful stay at the Baymont in Bozeman. The hotel is conveniently located and close to downtown, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. A special thank you to Cassie, who truly made our stay memorable. She was extremely professional, kind, and caring. Late at night, when my wife became sick, Cassie went out of her way to help us and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Her genuine concern and willingness to help meant a lot to our family. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care and kindness. Cassie is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bozeman. Thank you, Cassie, for making us feel so well taken care of!

The stay was great! Our receptionist Cassie was extremely helpful with everything we needed. We were traveling with our dog and they have plenty of grass out front for him to walk around and baggie stations for their waste. Our room was comfortable, and our kids loved the pool and slide. Breakfast had limited options but was still enough to feed the family.

My son and I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for 5 days. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel - it's practical and clean and everything WORKS! From the TV to the internet to the Ice machine down the hall. The pool area was a big hit for my son and the water slide is very fun and fast! He's been to a good many water parks and he loved this slide. The pool is open for most of the day and closes around 10 PM but if you're having fun - and you're cool - they might let you stay a little longer. That brings me to the staff. The folks at the Baymont are awesome! We had a chance to interact with almost everyone and they are friendly and helpful. Even when my son wanted to make a waffle in the morning, the lady behind the counter came over and showed him how to work the machine. My impression was that if you're a reasonable, and easy person to work with, they will do all they can to help you have a good time.

Reno at the front desk was exceptional. I was having problems booking online, he gave me a better deal than price matching and made the reservation easy. Called down in the morning and they offered 12pm checkout so the kids could enjoy the pool longer this morning.

After checking their pet policy online, calling and asking them if they accept cats, and checking to reviews here to make sure, we get there to check in after driving for 10 hours and are denied a room because they changed their policy to zero cats, despite seeing reviews with people from cats at least a week prior to our stay. The poor desk girl was only a week into the job and doing her best. Management was no where to be found and flat up refused to come down and at least talk to us face to face over the issue. They did give us a full refund at the very least (as they should or at that point it would have been straight up fraud). Yeah if you have cats, apparently this isnt the place for you.

S/O to RENO at the front desk for making our stay amazing. Stayed here 3 nights. Base camp to Yellowstone. Breakfast spread is amazing! Pool great. Bed more than comfortable. Would highly recommend!

For a low budget hotel, it was pleasant. I think the best part about it was the customer service that we received from Reno at the front desk! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were accommodated, was beyond polite and helpful! We stayed here because of the pool and the slide so our kids could have some fun on a business trip... And it was perfect.

I have to say the stay here was amazing I've been going through a lot and at the hospital with my father I checked in on Monday and then I had to check in on Tuesday and Wednesday . Reno's kind words and compassion made sure that he gave me a great rate better then the one I got through my app so that I didn't have to worry about the cost of my room well I take care of my dad. The service here was so good everybody here The night young lady that was working I didn't catch her name but she was sweet and very kind she told me how to order pizza it was the best . I would stay here any day and I would recommend this place to anyone The staff the cleanliness the safeness the quietness of the room was just what I needed to get through this week thank you Reno thank you all

Was a great stay. Quick check in and out, close to other locations that we needed access to. Service was top notch very friendly, willing g to try and accommodate requests. Kids loved the slide and the free breakfast was good. Thanks for the wonderful stay we will be back.
