This place was not worth the money, carpets in the hallways and in the room were filthy. The sheets were damp and miserable to sleep in. The shower pressure was low and some were still coming out of the tub faucet. Reception area seats had suspicious brown stains all over. The room smelled dingy and disgusting. It was not worth the money.

GO TO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Come here if you want to get yelled at by staff. I entered the serving area where you get breakfast for 10 seconds and when I left a staff member pointed at me and yelled “STAY OUT OF MY KITCHEN. YOU DONT BELONG THERE” I understand I entered when it wasn’t in the morning but the professionalism displayed was subpar. Rooms were messy and you can see weird black smudges on the wall. There is also a tile that was about to break off in the photos I included. Blankets felt damp and did not feel clean at all. Almost as if the room hasn’t been cleaned in a month.

I expected a cleaner room. Internet speed test measured 90 Mbps down & 94 Mbps up. Front desk couldn't determine which rooms face front or rear. The only guest washing machine was not working. Printer in the lobby didn't work and not one knew how to fix the jam. The front desk couldn't figure out how to print in duplex on their front desk or back office printer. Stale bagels at breakfast.

Edit: you can look through their negative reviews and see they attempt to diminish issues and have bad reviews removed. They suggested I may have the wrong location and continued being rude. It was this location next to Walmart, not across town. Go gaslight someone else. ........ Original, unedited review: Holy wow, so very disrespectful of management. This will be going to corporate. I was sitting on the waiting couches (after driving 14 hours) for my boss to reply to text. I figured 15 minutes before calling at 9 am. They said they'd have to ask me to leave. Twice. After I said I'm waiting for a guest. I was also looking up today's prices for this hotel. He said the earliest check in would be 11am, and it would be an additional 35 dollars. I replied: That's fine. We just drove since 2 pm yesterday. I have my 19 year old nephew with me. It's 845 in the morning and we just drove all night. I can see when my boss reads messages. And he said, maybe it's the suites across town. I showed him the text, and asked: Why would he error? He said, again to leave. I said, how rude and I'm surprised by his response. I'm a late 40s professional in a wool sweater and slacks. I would hate to see how they treat any other individual.

HORRIFIC! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE! We waited for 28 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in because she was outside smoking, her words! Then she was not capable of running the credit card for incidentals so they called and woke us up at 10:00 PM! Worst hotel experience ever and I’ve travels and lived all over the world!

FIRSTLY HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SHYLAO!!! She was amazing!! She helped me when I was in a pickle. She made sure I was taken care of! She’s amazing!! Also the king rooms are huge!

The staff are so friendly! Probably the one reason I would actually stay again. The hotel is dated and the rooms need some TLC, my room the last couple of times has not been very clean. However, it is very quiet. The one thing I do not love is the random “parking fee” that is applied yet no one could explain what it’s for; though they do not charge for parking. The breakfast is not great, the little room it’s in smells weird, so it kind of puts you off wanting to eat. They need a better selection in food. Pros: very friendly staff, location, and quiet Cons: Hidden fees, questionable cleanliness of rooms, rooms/hotel dated, breakfast.

This place is run down hasn't had a renovation since it opened 2013 all the pictures that you see on their website are from the grand opening the carpets are outdated ripped stained as well as the couches some of the mattresses are ripped torn to the point They need to be replaced the pool and spa area is 50% closed. Most of the time because nobody there knows how to do the readings. They fix the pool logs so they don't have to close it. The ice machines are riddled with mold and mildew. I would stay away from them. The regional manager katlyn only comes out of her office to eat and use the restroom. You can't miss her shes about 400 pounds. They claim to be the comfort in suites by the airport there is at least a dozen more that are closer to the airport. I would avoid this hotel as much as possible.

We booked the king suite with pullout sofa from friday till Monday. I called ahead and let them know we would be arriving late evening friday to early morning saturday, the desk girl( I forget her name) was very warm accommodating and professional. When we checked in at a little after 3 am, the over night guy was also very professional and warm despite it being so early in the morning and quickly got us squared away. The rooms are a little worn around the edges but nothing too extreme and it was very clean. My only gripe, was how hard the bed was.

The hotel is a little older and that's usually something I try to avoid. However, this was honestly one of the best stays I've had in a good while, across multiple brands of hotels. It was clean, they provide several towels in the room, the room was well designed and set up. The staff was amazing!!! SUPER sweet manager!! Very laid back but also accommodating. The pool and hot tub area were very well maintained! I will absolutely stay here again!!
