The Country Inn & Suites Bozeman consistently receives negative feedback regarding cleanliness, with multiple reviews detailing issues such as stained floors, unclean bathrooms, overflowing garbage cans, and dirty carpets. Guests also report problems with amenities, including malfunctioning toilets, closed pools, and poor breakfast quality. While some appreciate the comfortable beds and location, the pervasive issues significantly detract from the overall experience.

Bozeman was beautiful!!! Our hotel, not so much. Shocked how bad the rooms were. Stained floors. Floors weren't swept/clean. Bathroom was not cleaned. Asked front end to change bedsheets and vacuum while we were out. Didn't happen. Bathroom wasn't clean. DO NOT be deceived by the pictures on their website. You will not see that in your physical room when checking in. Eggs were watery, bacon was soggy from laying in a pan of grease. One small waffle maker. Cereal was good. Garbage can always overflowing, inside and outside the hotel. Front end clerk ask how our stay was. I was honest. Didn't seem to care and was surprised. Corporate needs to do an 'undercover boss episode' to see how bad it is there. Will not stay at this hotel again.

ALERT: BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. This is the first negative review I have ever written, and it reflects how disappointed I was with my stay. When I entered my room, I was immediately hit with a strong odor of body odor and stale smoke. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues were even worse. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood on the walls, hair was scattered across the bathroom floor, and there was hair on the bed linens. The sheets looked as though they had not been changed, and the mattress was covered with a plastic liner that had an unpleasant odor. There were crumbs throughout the room, and the trash can contained used Q-tips. The toilet in my room struggled to flush properly, and the public restroom downstairs was also unclean, with no toilet paper available. The odor in the room was so strong that it seemed to cling to my clothing. After the first night, I went to the front desk and requested either a clean room or a refund for my four-night stay, which cost approximately $1,250. I was informed that a refund was not possible because I had booked online. The clerk offered another room, but it also had cleanliness issues, including crumbs around the beds, food debris near the door, stained towels, and hair on the bathroom floor. The breakfast quality was disappointing, and there was no coffee available one morning during my stay. I spent four nights here and left extremely dissatisfied. My experience was far different from the positive reviews I had read before booking. I would appreciate a response from the property's owner regarding these concerns and an explanation of how these conditions were allowed to exist. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Prior to our arrival I attempted to call the hotel numerous times to see if would could check in a little early. The phone went unanswered for hours. After check in, we noticed our toilet was not flushing properly. We notified the front desk and they sent someone to plunge it. That worked for 1 flush and then it was back to unusable. We notified the front desk again and they said they would call maintenance. We requested to be moved to another room and they said none were available. Anytime we needed to use the toiled we had to go down 4 floors to the lobby. This continued for 3 days and we notified the front desk and multiple people. For 3 days we had to walk down to the lobby just to use the bathroom. This was inconvenient for a family of 4. We would notify the front desk and nothing would be done. One employee said they would move us to a sister hotel, then another employee said he should've never told us that. Finally on the 3rd day, I was brought to tears and begged to be moved. They agreed if I could move our entire room within 30 minutes. They were never apologetic until I asked for a refund on part of our stay. The rooms weren't very clean. The corners of the bathrooms had large amounts of dirt and hair. The bathroom walls were filthy. The carpet needed to be cleaned as well. Also, on one of the days breakfast started late so my husband was unable to get a meal. Another day we showed up 90 minutes before breakfast ended and nothing was left. I asked if they would be making more food and I was told no. I'm still considering disputing the charges because we weren't able to use our room properly and the staff didn't even care. Overall we are incredibly disappointed in our stay and will not return.

We stayed there twice. Beds are very comfortable. It’s quiet too. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean. Broken tolite seat and the shower mat towel was sopping wet, hanging over the tub. Not sure why it was soaked. Night clerk Good Guy!!! We would go back.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and free breakfast. We liked the location. For toiletries, they provide shampoo & conditioner in the shower - no body wash, only a small soap bar. They provide body lotion as well in a bottle mounted to the wall. They have a restaurant on the premises as well (Outback Steakhouse). We did not go there but it is nice to have the option to just walk over for dinner.

I'm not quite sure why this hotel has so many good reviews; it's mediocre at best. The keys didn't work on the first room we were given so we went back to the front desk. They gave us another room which hadn't been finished so we had to get towels and soap. The whole place smells strongly of chlorine from the pool and the carpet is dirty throughout. The "complimentary cookies" box in the lobby was empty no matter what time we walked through. The breakfast is, for lack of a better word, gross. The chafing dishes were cold so, naturally, so was the food. The eggs were rubbery and full of water and the biscuits were very hard. We typically stay at Hampton Inns. After this, we will go back to them!

Perfectly located near everything we needed to go to. Staff were absolutely FANTASTIC (may they get everything they want forever) and the rooms were so comfortable. The breakfast had actual hot food instead of only serving stale baked goods. Probably the only hotel I would stay at for all future visits to Bozeman.

I had forgotten my phone charger and went down to the desk and asked Matt who works nights if he had a spare one. He let me borrow his personal. Absolute professionalism, very attending to my needs. I would recommend this hotel any day.

We stayed here overnight on our trip to Dillon, MT and were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. The rooms were modern and well-maintained. The mattress was very comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Hotel feels cheaply made. Windows don’t open so if you like fresh air forget it here. Sofa was covered in vinyl. Water pressure was so low that the toilet clogged repeatedly. The TV is not a smart TV so no streaming at all, just basic cable, and the USB port won’t even work for connect your own devices. Won’t stay here again.
