I'm not quite sure why this hotel has so many good reviews; it's mediocre at best. The keys didn't work on the first room we were given so we went back to the front desk. They gave us another room which hadn't been finished so we had to get towels and soap. The whole place smells strongly of chlorine from the pool and the carpet is dirty throughout. The "complimentary cookies" box in the lobby was empty no matter what time we walked through. The breakfast is, for lack of a better word, gross. The chafing dishes were cold so, naturally, so was the food. The eggs were rubbery and full of water and the biscuits were very hard. We typically stay at Hampton Inns. After this, we will go back to them!

Perfectly located near everything we needed to go to. Staff were absolutely FANTASTIC (may they get everything they want forever) and the rooms were so comfortable. The breakfast had actual hot food instead of only serving stale baked goods. Probably the only hotel I would stay at for all future visits to Bozeman.

I had forgotten my phone charger and went down to the desk and asked Matt who works nights if he had a spare one. He let me borrow his personal. Absolute professionalism, very attending to my needs. I would recommend this hotel any day.

We stayed here overnight on our trip to Dillon, MT and were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. The rooms were modern and well-maintained. The mattress was very comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Hotel feels cheaply made. Windows don’t open so if you like fresh air forget it here. Sofa was covered in vinyl. Water pressure was so low that the toilet clogged repeatedly. The TV is not a smart TV so no streaming at all, just basic cable, and the USB port won’t even work for connect your own devices. Won’t stay here again.

I booked a two-night stay at this hotel for late May 2025 through Expedia, paying the full amount of approximately $200 upfront. The booking process was smooth, and I expected a hassle-free experience at a reputable hotel chain. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a significant billing issue and poor customer service that left me frustrated and out of pocket. Upon check-in, the front desk staff requested a credit card for incidentals, which is standard practice. I provided my card, assuming it would only be used for potential extra charges like room service or damages. At no point during check-in or check-out was I informed that the hotel would charge my card for the full stay. The staff seemed friendly but rushed, and the check-in process felt disorganized, with no clear explanation of their billing policies. After returning home, I reviewed my credit card statement and was shocked to see a charge for the full cost of the stay, approximately $200, in addition to the payment I had already made through Expedia. This meant I was double-charged, totaling around $400 for a single room. I immediately contacted the hotel’s customer service to resolve the issue. The representative claimed they had refunded Expedia and charged my card instead, but I was never notified of this change during my stay. The lack of transparency was infuriating, as I would have addressed the issue on-site if I had been informed. I reached out to Expedia to confirm the refund, but as of now, I have received no confirmation or reimbursement from either the hotel or Expedia. The hotel’s customer service was unhelpful, offering vague responses and no clear timeline for resolving the issue. This ordeal has been time-consuming and stressful, requiring multiple follow-up emails with no resolution in sight. The hotel’s failure to communicate their billing practices have completely eroded my trust in this chain. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to book elsewhere to avoid similar issues. Save your money and your peace of mind by choosing a hotel that values transparency and customer satisfaction.

Love the great work on the pool and hot tub! It absolutely looks amazing. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Again, someone did a wonderful job on the pool and the hot tub. Very impressed from the last time I saw it!

You enter this place and you're blasted with air freshener and there's a reason. Lo and behold, rooms smell so bad. We switched rooms yet the replacement room smelled worse. They do not vacuum the carpet inside rooms and hallways. There's always pieces of small trash or lint on their carpets. Bathrooms have mold, tub floods, and toilets are either yellowish and aren't scrubbed or clogged. Dining area floors are dirty. Worst hotel I've ever been in. Food is no good, coffee is weak. Executive staffer was unprofessional and condescending. You won't get a refund here for all your troubles even after you've complained. Go to Marriott or Hilton instead. You've been warned. Staying here was THE worst part of our trip.

I would give zero stars if I could. We arrived 45 min before 3 (we are on a family road trip). We arrived to an almost empty parking lot and empty lobby. The front staff would not let us check in early. I’ve never had a hotel that made you wait on the dot but not the biggest issue. We booked this hotel for the pool and spa on the way through MT. When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed. We confronted them that nothing on their website gave this information and it was the main reason of booking this hotel. This is a major amenity and we should have been informed. Especially when we are paying full price. We were told nothing they can do about it and no refunds. After arriving to the room we found half eaten twizzlers and the complementary water had been opened and partially consumed. Weird. We travel frequently and one of the worst experiences from a hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again and I’m not one to write bad reviews.

Rooms clean, beds comfortable, quiet… but not told that the pool and hot tub were out of service indefinitely until we checked in (should be noted on the website). Breakfast not good, meat was chicken nuggets (bacon or sausage are normal breakfast options), oatmeal was all dried up in pan and still was supposed to be breakfast for another hour. For $300/night should do better.
