This hotel is clean, the people are nice, but the beds are SO BAD. My brother just stayed here a couple weeks ago for a work thing and warned us that the beds were so uncomfortable. We were like, “yeah whatever he’s just being dramatic” and now that we’re here I regret not listening to him. I’ve been exhausted all day after a night of tossing and turning and I’m dreading sleeping here tonight. For $180/ night for a basic king bed room, you’d think that the mattress would be more comfortable. They’re hard and wobbly. I like this hotel for the location and the pool, but I can’t bring myself to stay here again since the main reason we’re here is to rest and we aren’t getting any.

Shirley is great at the front desk and took care of everything we needed! Clean rooms and good service made this a great trip.

Very nice kept facility. Easy and convenient location. And Shirley is the kindest soul I’ve encountered traveling. Highly deserves a raise. Would return.

I often don’t leave reviews for chain hotels, because you often times know what you get. But after seeing so many low reviews, specifically about the staff’s attitude and manners, I decided to. Check in was easy, on the app the room wasn’t ready yet passed our check in time and the woman at the front was super kind and courteous and got us checked in. All smiles and positive attitude. Room was fine, nothing to brag about. On our way out the other woman at the front was super kind and held onto our bags after our check out so we can go check out the town. The shuttle bus to the airport left at 11:58 and we missed it. We got back and she was kind of enough to have the shuttle bus bring us back anyway even though it runs every hour. Shuttle bus drive was kind and funny. I’m sure everybody has a bad day and sometimes that can make you come off cold and rude, but everybody working there was super sweet and kind.

Staff are attentive, rooms are very clean and comfortable and the restaurant is very good! We ordered steak frites and grilled salmon and both were delicious. Glad we chose to dine in rather than go out.

I was charged more for a king room with a tub yet placed in a double queen bc they were under construction the night girl told me to talk to reception the next day and get the difference refunded nothing got refunded on top of this the shower had hair in it I’ve stayed at nice Hilton’s this isn’t one placed pics of some of hair keep in mind I’m a bald man this is in no way my hair lol

Steven Woods the front end manager is honestly the true definition of customer service. He put in so much time, effort, and endless calls helping me. Steven made sure my issue was resolved. He truly is phenomenal at his job, and his customer service is one that every business needs. Steven Woods helped me to get my Hilton points back when an error occurred. I truly can’t say enough about the time and effort he put in until everything was handled. Thank you again Steven for going above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate everything you did.Bot only are you an exceptional employee, but your kindness is appreciated. Thank you again for everything.

Our kids go to college in Bozeman and this is our favorite hotel to visit then with. Minutes from campus. Buffalo Wild Wings is across the street. Old Chicago bar and food 2 minute walk. Hotel rooms are nice, the restaurant is nice and plenty of 24 hour to go counters. Staff has always been nice. We have been coming for 5 years.

This is a really nice hotel in the perfect location in Bozeman. The rooms a very nice and clean but, the young lady that checked me in, Kay, has a really nasty attitude! She makes this hotel a 2 or 3 star hotel….! In my opinion, it’s time for her to find a new job where she doesn’t have to talk with the customers of the business!
