Rooms are very good, restaurant as well. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the front desk service, specifically an older gentleman working there. Very rude, with attitude, and zero interest into helping with anything. We arrived a bit earlier and he plain refused to even check if they had any free rooms, until exactly 3PM sharp. In the mean time he checked in at least two other people even though they were early as well. Then suddenly at 3PM they had so many free rooms that we could choose from… (at that point we got another person at the front desk and she was massively more helpful). He also suggested we “take a walk” around the hotel while we’re waiting (it was 95F outside, and we were there with a 5 yo kid).

My flight was canceled, so I called the hotel more than 24 hours before my scheduled arrival to cancel my reservation. I was specifically told that I would not be charged. Despite that, I was still charged and never even received a receipt. Since then, I’ve called the hotel three separate times. Each time I was told that Ryan would contact me to resolve the issue, and each time I never received a call back. As a Hilton Diamond member for over 10 years, this is the first time I’ve experienced service like this from a Hilton property. Being charged after being told I wouldn’t be, combined with the complete lack of follow-up, is extremely disappointing. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Near the airport. Clean rooms, great service, great coffee and food. My son and his friends had a fantastic time swimming. The hotel staff allowed them all to stay in the pool late because everyone was having such a great time. Very cool of them!

Stayed here during my recent visit to meet friends at Bozeman Hot Springs. Rooms were clean, easy to book online, fast & easy late night check-in. Front desk was helpful & informative. Only 3 blocks away from the hot springs. Long time Hilton rewards member. Always happy with every location, state & Hilton brand.

When we arrived we had both of our planes delayed. Instead of a 6 hour day it was a 12 hour day. When we got to hotel we were exhausted and decided to get food at bar. My husband ordered a ribeye steak m. The steak came out raw. Our server Emily was great. She took it bck to fix and it still didn't come out right. She comped our meal and called later with breakfast coupons to apologize again for the steak. She rolled out the Hilton blue carpet. Emily was a perfect example of the world's iconic host. She also delivered us cutlery as we needed it for the food and snacks we grabbed. Also, there is a family who work at this hotel and they are also very welcoming and accommodating. They made suggestions for a great Mexican spot. Great hotel.

This hotel is clean, the people are nice, but the beds are SO BAD. My brother just stayed here a couple weeks ago for a work thing and warned us that the beds were so uncomfortable. We were like, “yeah whatever he’s just being dramatic” and now that we’re here I regret not listening to him. I’ve been exhausted all day after a night of tossing and turning and I’m dreading sleeping here tonight. For $180/ night for a basic king bed room, you’d think that the mattress would be more comfortable. They’re hard and wobbly. I like this hotel for the location and the pool, but I can’t bring myself to stay here again since the main reason we’re here is to rest and we aren’t getting any.

Shirley is great at the front desk and took care of everything we needed! Clean rooms and good service made this a great trip.

Very nice kept facility. Easy and convenient location. And Shirley is the kindest soul I’ve encountered traveling. Highly deserves a raise. Would return.

Very clean hotel and great service. Loved the location, close to Main Street shops and restaurants, also short drive to Bridger Bowl!

I often don’t leave reviews for chain hotels, because you often times know what you get. But after seeing so many low reviews, specifically about the staff’s attitude and manners, I decided to. Check in was easy, on the app the room wasn’t ready yet passed our check in time and the woman at the front was super kind and courteous and got us checked in. All smiles and positive attitude. Room was fine, nothing to brag about. On our way out the other woman at the front was super kind and held onto our bags after our check out so we can go check out the town. The shuttle bus to the airport left at 11:58 and we missed it. We got back and she was kind of enough to have the shuttle bus bring us back anyway even though it runs every hour. Shuttle bus drive was kind and funny. I’m sure everybody has a bad day and sometimes that can make you come off cold and rude, but everybody working there was super sweet and kind.
