Room was clean and comfortable but had a very sterile feel to them. At night our room was very clammy - clothes felt clammy in the morning - breakfast was very good, great choices for all. I wouldn’t stay again simply because of the sterile atmosphere but more so the clamminess of the room. Staff was very nice .

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, with Costco, Target, and other stores nearby. It’s also close to the airport, which is a big plus. The hotel offers a small gym, laundry facilities, a pool, and a small shop for basic necessities, which makes the stay more convenient. The only downside is that the walls can be a little thin, so you may occasionally hear your neighbors if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, though, it was still a great stay and I would recommend it.

Internet absolutely un usable, tv has only local channels, could not stream or cast from devices. Walls and ceilings poorly insulated could here person upstairs walking close to 4 miles back and forth, and heard tv from both rooms on each side of us. Bed was better than sleeping in a car. Will definitely consider different hotel when traveling through Bozeman for $340 a night. Giving one star due to price, there are worse, but this was a bad 3 star hotel. Elevator was also out of order.

We booked 2 nights visiting family in Bozeman. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was key for us, close to the airport, and our family’s residences. We hope to be back soon

Great location right off I90 in Bozeman. Alaric, at the front desk was great! We had an issue that he resolved immediately. He was very friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean in all the common areas and the rooms. The breakfast area was very clean as well as all the seating areas. Daily room service was excellent also. This property and it's employees is a big step up from the average Holiday Inn Express.

Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was so friendly!! Couple issues. First was the dog staying in the room across the hall. It whined, barked, and scratched at the door all night. Second issue was the floor was freezing cold and hard. Never stayed in a place that didn't have carpet. Third was the pool was used as infant safety swimming lessons. So through breakfast, we listened and watched two babies scream through the lessons. Of you've seen videos, it makes you sick. Totally understand why it's a thing, just absolutely makes me sick hearing and seeing it.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at on our cross country trip. Easy access, lots of choices for food around, well maintained. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool wasn't big enough for me, but I'm a distance swimmer, so no hotel pool is big enough. The breakfast was good, especially the sausages, which were a cut above most hotel breakfast fare! Would/will definitely here again.

We chose this hotel primarily for the breakfast, and in that regard, it did not disappoint. There was a wide variety of options, including plenty of healthy choices, which was exactly what we needed before our busy days. The location was also very convenient, with Target and Costco within walking distance and many other stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed for 12 days and understand that daily housekeeping isn’t always necessary. After three nights, we requested our first cleaning, which was done very well. However, our experience after that was frustrating. On the seventh day, we requested another cleaning, but no one came. After speaking with the front desk, they said they would notify housekeeping, yet the room was still not serviced the next day. By this point, our trash had piled up, and I had to request bags to take it out myself. After three consecutive days of requesting service, housekeeping finally came, but only partially cleaned the room. The trash was removed, the bed was made, and a stack of towels was left on the bathroom counter, with no further cleaning done. This was disappointing and stressful, as we had to repeatedly follow up just to receive a basic service. While the breakfast and location were great, the inconsistency in housekeeping significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

I booked a 5-night stay for a snowboarding trip to Big Sky Ski Resort. Before booking, I read many reviews and chose this hotel because most of them were positive. I arrived yesterday and have stayed one night so far. Today is my second day, and this review is based on my experience up to now. - Clean, newly renovated rooms - Breakfast quality is better than most Holiday Inn locations - The King Suite I booked is very spacious and includes a dining table, which is very convenient - Free coffee is available in the lobby all day, not just during breakfast hours - The pool has been closed since the day I arrived due to “cleaning” and is still unavailable even after 24 hours - The TV is not connected to the internet, so YouTube or Netflix cannot be used I was especially disappointed because I was hoping to use the hot pool next to the main pool after snowboarding. When I asked the front desk, I was told that “pool cleaning” also meant the hot pool was unavailable, which was very frustrating. This is the main reason I can only give this hotel 3 stars at the moment. I chose this hotel because other reviews mentioned that the pool and hot pool were available, so this was disappointing. It’s also hard to understand why pool cleaning takes more than 24 hours. I will be staying for 4 more nights and plan to update this review after my full stay. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After staying here for 2 nights, I’m leaving an updated review. Today, I asked the front desk again, and one of the reception staff members—she was extremely kind, and I believe her name was "Izzy"—checked with her manager and made the hot pool available for use. It seems that during the off-season, the hot pool may not always be running due to low usage. Thanks to her help, I was able to enjoy the hot pool after snowboarding, and it was a great experience. With this issue resolved, I can now confidently recommend this hotel to others. I’m also updating my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Five stars and big thank you to the crew working on the night of the 19th. I really appreciate the friendly and accommodating Holiday Inn in Bozeman for letting us and our dog land there after a white-knuckle drive through Gallatin during a blizzard. The rooms were clean, and seemed newer, and the hotel had a great little breakfast/guest area where we chatted with folks there for the Montana college football rivalry game. I give the location five stars because it’s next to I90 but far enough away not to hear it and it’s next to CostCo! So it’s easy to resupply before ice skating, er I mean, driving the I90 blizzack again. Again, shout out to the great crew working that night.
