My Place Hotel-Bozeman offers a generally affordable stay with comfortable beds and a convenient location near shopping outlets and the freeway. However, recent reviews highlight inconsistent service, issues with cleanliness and potentially aggressive animals, alongside concerns about overbooking and unexpected charges.

I was scared to stay here because of other reviews, but everything was amazing. The front desk guy was super kind, and let my dance partner change his phone at the front desk. We saw one dog and usually that's a bad sign but the dog was well trained on a leash and didnt bark once for the entire night. I recommend staying here it's cheap well worked has some of the kindest workers there. The rooms were amazing the ac worked and there is a restaurant right next to it if you're hungry. Im 100% staying here next time I come over for dance competition.

Terrible staff. They allow loose dogs inside the hotel. Aggressive dogs that growl and lunge at people. Made several complaints and absolutely nothing was done about the aggressive dogs. When I made the complaint about loose off leash dogs the front desk guy literally told the person who had the off leash dog that it was me making the complaint. He literally pointed at me and said “this person is complaining about you”. Absolutely unprofessional.

My experience was absolutely great, comfortable, and affordable! Extremely helpful staff that will go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed as a guest! Very kind and courteous experience! outstanding rooms. they were very clean, with nice beds, 4 pillows, nice kitchen area to prepare your own food! Full size fridge with freezer! Nice lil sofa! Great water pressure! Location is right next to many shopping outlets! And close to freeway if your just passing through! And coffee is always fresh!? And wifi worked great! Very peaceful relaxing comfortable stay! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

comfortable bed. nice kitchen but not stocked. close to interstate and a railroad so some noise. very clean. pet friendly and easy dog walk area. Friendly staff. good coffee in lobby. no complimentary breakfast which is odd for a motel in this genre.

brand new. best value of any of the hotel chains. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette does not include thinks to cook with nor plates or silverware. if you plan to cook in the suite, bring your own everything. when traveling in the US, I will look for this hotel. It is a chain but there franchise rules are very strick.

Pretty typical hotel. Had a nice kitchenette if you need to cook something. The view of the Bridger Mountains was very nice. But the hotel is located a bit on the edge of town. Convenient to get to from the highway, but a bit out of the way when you want to visit downtown.

Spotless rooms great water pressure the kitchen area had coffee you could make and a full sized fridge/freezer+ microwave and stove. The only complaint I have is they have a sign in the lobby that offers complementary water, but after we had got our "complementary" water, and then finished our stay. We had realized that they had actually charged us for our two bottles of water. So my question is why if you're advertising free water why are you charging me? Very upsetting. And the gentleman who was at the desk had stopped us after we had grabbed our waters and he said "oh two waters?" Which had already made me wonder if he was gonna charge us. He also seemed slightly passive aggressive and when we were checking in, there was another gentleman behind us waiting in line and the man at the desk had stopped (while we were still being checked in) and asked the man behind us if he needed something.. which the man standing in line behind us said well yeah I'd like to check in.. I did not feel very invited by that specific worker but when we had left in the morning, the lady at the desk was very sweet and wished us safe travels. Overall good stay just the night staff was not very welcoming! :)

Hallways smell awful of cooking. They need better ventilation. Room conditions are subpar as in walls, baseboards are pretty beat up. Half the parking lot had no lights which was quite concerning for safety. We did not like leaving our vehicle there - the rest was full. Would not be back.

My Place keeps overbooke and sent us to the Quality inn hotel which is their hotel, but the hotel is near a homeless shelter with people who had the cops and ambulance called because of drug users. The Quality inn hotel is an older in a bad location and costs less than the My Place. We booked months in advance but they overbooked? Other reviews have the same issue so don't book at My Place unless you want to be in a bad place.

This hotel was great. Good location, clean, dog friendly. There is a highway out front and a train that goes by so if you're a light sleeper that could be annoying but I would just ask for a room on the opposite side. The ice maker is also quite loud and very very slow. My only real complaint is that the shower did not always get as hot as I would like. Would definitely stay here again. Also, Max, the guy who checked us in, was super friendly.
