The one person who makes this QI great is Abid at the front desk. As I travel constantly I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of his positive responses to guests. He is a step above great. His attitude and service is excellent.

I don't normally leave reviews but this place deserves one! Read from the word go the front desk guy was awesome friendly and efficient. After that I got to my room when was very pleasantly surprised without clean this whole place is. You can tell whoever does the housekeeping takes pride in their work! Sidebar to management whoever it is deserves a raise. I stay in many hotels for work so I see a lot of them and this one definitely stands out in a positive way. Staff you should all be proud!!

It a hotel.. small pool but very clean. Not a delicious breakfast but enough to get you by. Beds are comfy and rooms are pretty clean. Everything worked. Felt pretty safe no issues there Only issues I encountered were the microwave cord doesn't plug in from where you have it. We had to move it onto the floor to use it.. not a huge deal. Also I'm pretty sure a couple homeless dudes wandered in and snagged free breakfast. Kinda gross.

Hi. We stayed here on June 10, 2026. We were tired from a very long trip. I booked online. We arrived around 1am so the booking was sort of messed up. The receptionist said he could not find the reservations. I showed to him my phone and showed the confirmation and the email. We were all tired and just want to sleep and rest. He (ekhan) said he will book it and will take care of the online reservations. I booked two rooms, handed the credit card to him. We checked out same day around 10am. Now, I have 3 night booking I have to dispute. They tagged it as “no show”. We checked out. He is supposed to take care of the cancellations. Now, I am reading other reviews and a lot had billing issues. Almost $500 taken out. That is a lot of money. ?? Please work with me, Quality Inn.

Nice place. The place was clean, felt new, and breakfast was great. They had pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, assortment of pastries, and bread products. Many different choices of fruits, yogurts, and many juice options. The room service was good too, I got my room cleaned every day. Hedy was nice and got what I needed which I thought was very attentive. Points down because the morning person was very rude to other guests.

The hotel is tired and in need of an upgrade. It had the essentials, but it was old and creaky. Not a place I would recommend staying at unless you are on a serious budget. The highlight for us was free breakfast, specifically the waffle machine as the rest of the cooked food looked questionable. There is one elevator and it lost electricity during our stay, so we had to use a very dark, creepy elevator. The hotel is by the highway so it is quite noisy at night, and closing the window doesn’t seem to kill the noise.

This was a great place to stay. The beds felt new and comfy. I enjoyed conversations with staff, they were very welcoming and friendly. Very clean property, I even saw them sweeping the parking lot. Overall it was a good place. Only complaint is the lamps and the pillows. Pillows weren’t the best, but could be worse and the lamps were wobbly, but staff offered to replace, so it was okays

Some of the staff aint no good at all, some are?tried to talk to managers and there excuses? do it is what it is. I was willing to blow it off at first but the attitudes just kept getting worse and worse. Like I said, some staff were great, others ok, and some...... it ain't hard, just be a person with a smile, thats what you're paid to do.. you don't know everyone's story, so be nice!

Stayed here overnight and overall had a really positive experience. The staff was excellent—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to answer questions about the area and even recommended some local spots we loved. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—great selection with hot options that were fresh and tasty every morning. Nothing fancy, but definitely better than your average hotel continental spread. The indoor pool was clean and well-maintained, which was a nice bonus after a long day. The room itself was simple and a bit worn around the edges (some dated fixtures and minor wear on the furniture), but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Everything worked as it should—no complaints there. If you’re looking for a straightforward, clean, affordable place to crash in Bozeman with friendly service and a solid breakfast, this Quality Inn delivers. Would happily stay again.

So i was little worried when booking the room but when i arrived the lady that checked me in was so nice. She also worked the next morning when i was checking out on 13th december and was literally the nicest person ever. The room is old but smelled really fresh and was clean. The bathroom was clean and didnt have any old stains on the bathtub like some other even newer hotels have. Overall for the price i think its really good value!
