Second time staying at this hotel and it’s been great each time. Perfect hotel to stay at when I need to get back to the airport the next day. Rooms are very clean and very spacious. Staff have always been polite and helpful. I’ll be sure to stay here again on our next trip!

Front desk - 5 stars, very kind and helpful guys working 5/3. Room- Clean and quiet although the doors slam super easily. On the very small side, but the design is still sleek. “Mountain View”- 0 stars. They are building a huge hotel across the parking lot blocking the previously beautiful view and it adds a lot of construction noise from 7am on.

We had a wonderful night at the TownePlace! The whole building is new, so our room and the public spaces are modern, clean, well-thought-out, and what one would expect of a Marriott facility. We stayed at this hotel because of a late-night airport arrival, so we chose it as an "airport hotel" option despite the TownePlace not being advertised as such. It took only ten minutes to drive from the hotel to the airport along the Frontage Road, so the late-night pick-up was easy and safe. This is our new "airport hotel" in Bozeman!

This brand new hotel is even better than expected.. I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe and comfortable.. it’s one of the best Marriott’s I’ve stayed in. Location is perfect. Customer service top notch. Sparkling clean rooms! Everything I dream of. I will be back as soon as I can . I’d live there if I could. lol disregard any negative review.. I am a very very very picky stuck up hotel snob and like I said, I would live here. The staff was amazing as well.. I have no clue why anyone would review this hotel with anything but 5 plus stars…mind boggling. And the construction with another brand new Marriott in front is not at all a problem.. it’s like there’s a bubble around the construction site and you can’t hear anything.. must be some new technology? lol

This hotel is pulling a scam. They tried to say that my room had to be taken out of commission after I checked out, because of a smoking scent. Nothing was ever smoked in the room, and the guest services person was insulting over the phone trying to tell me that I am wrong. A small 3.5g bag of weed purchased from the dispensary would never cause a room to be totally fumigated just by opening the container. These hotels have cheap rates so they can nickel and dime you charge $15 for parking,etc. extremely bad customer service

Great 2 bedroom suite. New hotel with beautiful finishes, window coverings (blackout included; remotely operated). Clean and spacious for our toddler grandkids to run around, play, and watch children's movies on the big screen smart TV. We used the pool, hot tub and fitness center in our short stay. The rooms were so soundproof that I didn't hear the 2 yr old's night terror. I disagree with the people criticizing the beds and pillows. We slept great and woke up refreshed at 2:30 a.m. to catch our flight out of Bozeman. Easy access to airport.

Great hotel in Bozeman. Rooms have an excellent layout and are very spacious. Not a ton of amenities in the immediate area but they’re only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing stay. The bar was closed due to “short staffing” despite posted hours. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am, but at 7:30 there was no staff and nothing set up — I have two young kids who were hungry. Breakfast wasn’t actually started until around 8:30. After checkout, I tried calling the front desk multiple times after leaving something in my room with no answer. When I returned, no one was at the desk and I had to search for an employee for help. The hotel seemed severely understaffed and not prepared to be open.

The hotel is new but the service is absolutely terrible we reserved two bedroom at the check in they said they don’t have two bedrooms at all and gave us one bedroom without adjusting price. Three days in a row we requested our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t done. Talked to Didi at the front desk she said we have to make a request for room server, we told her that we do that every day and no results. All she said: “I don’t know I wasn’t here.” It was a bad experience for us.

This is an outstanding TownePlace Suites and easily one of the best Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. The hotel is brand new, spotless, and the rooms are incredibly spacious—far larger than your typical suite—with a full kitchen, modern layout, and plenty of workspace. The staff truly sets this place apart. DeeDee and Willow were especially friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in feel like coming home after a long travel day. The location is perfect: only about 10 minutes from the airport, but still close to downtown Bozeman and great food options. The amenities are top-tier as well—the gym is huge and extremely well equipped, and the pool and hot tub are exactly what you want at the end of a long day. If you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bozeman.
